The hell is this?

I am at an inn in Starkhaven, and I find this ledger next to my bed one morning. I have no idea where it came from.

Well, it doesn't appear to be anything out of the ordinary, and I could use something to write down. I had a ledger like this, but it was stolen in Kirkwall.

Anyway, Starkhaven at least is a better city.

I suspect this ledger is not normal. It appears to be writing in itself.

Magic perhaps? Must study it if so.

You...whoever you are that is writing this, have the same ledger, in a different location, and we are capable of seeing what the other is writing. Am I correct?

That seems to be the case. Magic is likely the cause, nothing else would make this happen.
