My wife showed me this ledger, and told me of what she had seen, that it displayed the writings of those in possession of similar items. Currently, I am trying to see if perhaps this belongs to someone from the Circle, I imagine they would be the ones to create an item like this.

Well, technically the books here are made on a parchment that is at least partially tree based.
